    On average, we provide a list of qualified candidates within 24–48 hours. For niche or highly specialized roles, this timeline may be slightly extended to ensure the perfect match.

  3. Who owns the intellectual property of the work?

    You retain complete ownership of all intellectual property created by our engineers.

  4. Are there upfront costs or fees?

    No, there are no upfront costs. The first invoice is only issued after a two-week risk-free trial period.

  5. How does the risk-free trial work?

    Each engagement begins with a two-week trial period. During this time, you evaluate the engineer’s performance. If you decide to continue, you’ll only be billed for their time after the trial ends.

Quality Assurance

  1. How does Atzean Technologies ensure quality?

    Our rigorous hiring process includes technical assessments, interviews, and in-depth skill evaluations. We use proprietary smart tests that dynamically adapt to the candidate’s performance, enabling us to assess their skills accurately.

    If performance issues arise, we implement a 30-day improvement plan with mentorship and project management support to ensure alignment with your goals.

  2. What happens if I’m not satisfied with Atzean’s Engineer?

    We have several solutions to offer under these circumstances. If there are certain areas you would like for them to improve on we will begin a 30-day performance improvement plan. During this time we will assign them a mentor who would be an expert in the field that requires improvement. They will also be accompanied by our Project Manager who will be assisting them through this process. At the end of this period, we can measure the success of the program and review others' opinions if necessary. Our priority is to make sure that our engineer is the right fit for your team.

Payment

  1. How can I pay Atzean Technologies?

    We accept ACH transfers, bank wires, and checks for convenience.

  2. What are your payment terms?

    Invoices are sent on the 1st and 16th of each month, with NET 10 payment terms.
